April 25, 2025: Eugene, OR 97401 In Friday's league bout, the Grants Pass Cavemen (Grants Pass, OR) baseball squad edged the host Sheldon Irish (Eugene, OR), by a tally of 5-4.
Next up, the Cavemen encounter the South Eugene Axe (Eugene, OR) in a 6A Southwest bout, on Tuesday, April 29. Grants Pass will attempt to upgrade on its 8-7 season record. The Axe enter the bout with a 3-13 record after their 12-11 non-league win over McNary (Keizer, OR).
The Irish (8-7) will now prepare for their bout against Willamette (Eugene, OR). The Wolverines enter the 6A Southwest bout with a 7-8 record.
