April 13, 2022: Los Lunas, NM 87031 The La Cueva Bears softball team scored 16 runs and limited the host Los Lunas Tigers to 0 in the Bears non-league triumph on Wednesday.
With the triumph, La Cueva improves its record to 11-6 on the year. The Bears host Sandia (Albuquerque, NM) to clash with the Matadors in a 5A District 2 game on Saturday, April 16. The Matadors come into the game with a record of 10-6. Sandia won 10-5 in their recent non-league game against Albuquerque (Albuquerque, NM)
