Virginia High School Softball - Granby bounces Norview
April 18, 2023: Norfolk, VA 23505 The Granby Comets routed the visiting Norview Pilots softball squad by a final score of 27-1 in Tuesday's league battle.
The Comets (7-2) will now prepare for their battle against Hickory (Chesapeake, VA). The Hawks go into the non-league battle with a 8-2 record. In their last battle, Hickory topped King's Fork (Suffolk, VA), 12-0, in a league battle.
The Pilots now possess a 1-4 record. They play next when they host Maury for a Eastern battle on Friday, April 21. Norview will meet a Commodores squad coming off a 15-14 league win over Churchland (Portsmouth, VA). The Commodores record now stands at 3-5.
