Virginia High School Softball - Granby bounces Norview
May 12, 2023: Norfolk, VA 23513 The Granby Comets routed the host Norview Pilots softball squad by a count of 7-0 in Friday's league battle.
The Comets (15-2) will now prepare for their battle against Manor (Portsmouth, VA). The Mustangs go into the Eastern battle with a 10-4 record. In their last battle, Manor nudged Norcom (Portsmouth, VA), 25-3, in a league battle.
The Pilots now sport a 2-9 record. They play next when they travel to Woodside for a non-league battle on Monday, May 15. Norview will meet a Wolverines squad coming off a 20-10 league win over Phoebus (Hampton, VA). The Wolverines record now stands at 6-11.
