April 22, 2025: West Orange, NJ 07052 The Pompton Lakes Cardinals lacrosse squad scored 8 points and limited the host West Orange Mountaineers to 2 in the Cardinals league triumph on Tuesday.
The Cardinals now hold a 4-2 record. They take the field next when they host Morris Catholic for a non-league challenge on Thursday, April 24. Pompton Lakes will clash with a Crusaders squad coming off a 14-7 non-league loss to Hawthorne (Hawthorne, NJ). The Crusaders record now stands at 2-4.
With the loss, West Orange falls to 3-3 on the year. The Mountaineers host Clifton (Clifton, NJ) to clash with the Mustangs in a Dowling challenge on Thursday, April 24. The Mustangs go into the challenge with a record of 1-9.
