April 30, 2025: Scotch Plains, NJ 07076 The Pompton Lakes Cardinals (Pompton Lakes, NJ) lacrosse routed the host Union Catholic Vikings (Scotch Plains, NJ), 13-1 in Wednesday's league outing.
The Cardinals now own a 6-3 record. They take the field next when they host Hackettstown for a non-league outing on Friday, May 2. Pompton Lakes will face a Tigers squad coming off a 17-6 league loss to Lenape Valley (Stanhope, NJ). The Tigers record now stands at 1-8.
With the loss, Union Catholic falls to 2-6 on the year. The Vikings travel to North Warren Regional (Blairstown, NJ) to face the Patriots in a non-league outing on Friday, May 2. The Patriots go into the outing with a record of 2-9. North Warren Regional lost 12-2 in their recent league outing against High Point (Sussex, NJ)
