Virginia Episcopal School Bishops (Lynchburg, VA) fans left the game pleased Wednesday as they observed their baseball squad achieve victory over the host Eastern Mennonite Flames (Harrisonburg, VA), 29-0 in a league match.

With the triumph, Virginia Episcopal School advances its record to 10-4 on the season. The Bishops travel to Highland (Warrenton, VA) to battle the Hawks in a non-league match on Friday, April 25. The Hawks come into the match with a record of 19-5. Highland won 10-2 in their recent non-league match against Patriot (Nokesville, VA)

The Flames now have a 2-7 record. They put it on the line next when they host Life Christian Academy for a non-league match on Friday, April 25. Eastern Mennonite will battle a Eagles squad coming off a 11-1 non-league win over Blessed Sacrament-Huguenot (Powhatan, VA). The Eagles record now stands at 9-7.
