In Friday's league game, the visiting Virginia Episcopal School Bishops baseball team scored a nice 14-6 win over the Blue Ridge Barons.

The Bishops (4-2) will now prepare for their game against Miller School of Albemarle (Charlottesville, VA). The Mavericks go into the VISAA Virginia Independent game with a 9-5 record. In their last game, Miller School of Albemarle knocked off Episcopal (Alexandria, VA), 4-0, in a non-league game.

Next, the Barons play the Fishburne Military Caissons (Waynesboro, VA) in a VISAA Virginia Independent game, on Thursday, April 3. Blue Ridge will attempt to improve on its 1-6 season record.
