Virginia High School Baseball - The Covenant wallops Blue Ridge

In Tuesday's league game, the visiting The Covenant Eagles baseball team scored a nice 18-2 win over the Blue Ridge Barons.

The Eagles (4-1) will now prepare for their game against Trinity Christian (Fairfax, VA). The Gryphons go into the non-league game with a 4-1 record. In their last game, Trinity Christian knocked off Grace Christian School (Mechanicsville, VA), 8-3, in a non-league game.

Next, the Barons play the Fork Union Military Academy Blue Devils (Fork Union, VA) in a non-league game, on Thursday, March 27. Blue Ridge will attempt to move on its 1-5 season record. The Blue Devils come into the contest with a 0-3 record after their 14-5 non-league loss to Prince Edward County (Farmville, VA).
