In Thursday's league bout, the The Covenant Eagles (Charlottesville, VA) baseball squad the visiting Carlisle Chiefs (Axton, VA), by a tally of 10-8.

Next up, the Eagles encounter the Grace Christian Crusaders (Sanford, NC) in a non-league bout, on Saturday, March 22. The Covenant will attempt to upgrade on its 3-0 season record. The Crusaders enter the bout with a 8-1 record after their 13-0 non-league win over Burlington Christian Academy (Burlington, NC).

The Chiefs (1-2) will now prepare for their bout against Fishburne Military (Waynesboro, VA). The Caissons enter the VISAA Virginia Independent bout with a 0-2 record.
