In Friday's league test, the South View Tigers (Hope Mills, NC) softball squad overwhelmed the host St. Pauls Bulldogs (St. Pauls, NC), by a count of 11-0.

Next, the Tigers meet the Seventy-First Falcons (Fayetteville, NC) in a Eastern Sandhills 5A/6A test, on Tuesday, April 28. South View will attempt to upgrade on its 16-2 season record. The Falcons go into the test with a 5-11 record after their 18-2 league win over Westover (Fayetteville, NC).

The Bulldogs (8-12) will now prepare for their test against Douglas Byrd (Fayetteville, NC). The Eagles go into the Eastern Sandhills 5A/6A test with a 4-10 record. In their last test, Douglas Byrd was routed by Eastern Wayne (Goldsboro, NC), 10-0, in a non-league test.
