The South Stokes Sauras (Walnut Cove, NC) baseball trounced the visiting Elkin Buckin' Elks (Elkin, NC), 8-0 in Monday's league contest.

Coming up next, the Sauras play the Surry Central Golden Eagles (Dobson, NC) in a non-league contest, on Wednesday, April 27. South Stokes will attempt to better on its 11-5 season record. The Golden Eagles enter the contest with a 11-9 record after their 3-2 league loss to North Surry (Mount Airy, NC).
