The Cowan Blackhawks baseball squad (Muncie, IN), was overwhelmed 10-1 in Saturday's non-league contest with the visiting Northeastern Knights (Fountain City, IN)

With the triumph, Northeastern moves its record to 8-2 on the season. The Knights travel to Union City (Union City, IN) to confront the Indians in a Tri-Eastern contest on Tuesday, April 28. The Indians come into the contest with a record of 1-8. Union City lost 25-1 in their recent league contest against Union County (Liberty, IN)

The Blackhawks now possess a 8-3 record. They put it on the line next when they host Seton Catholic for a non-league contest on Monday, April 27. Cowan will confront a Cardinals squad coming off a 14-3 league loss to University (Carmel, IN). The Cardinals record now stands at 3-4.
