April 28, 2025: Great Mills, MD 20634 The McDonough Rams (Pomfret, MD) baseball the host Great Mills Hornets (Great Mills, MD), 8-3 in Monday's league challenge.
The Rams now own a 9-4 record. They take the field next when they travel to Lackey for a Southern Maryland challenge on Wednesday, April 30. McDonough will clash with a Chargers team coming off a 15-4 league win over Westlake (Waldorf, MD). The Chargers record now stands at 6-8.
With the defeat, Great Mills drops to 4-11 on the year. The Hornets travel to La Plata (La Plata, MD) to clash with the Warriors in a non-league challenge on Friday, May 2. The Warriors go into the challenge with a record of 11-6. La Plata lost 13-3 in their recent league challenge against Northern (Owings, MD)
