With the triumph, Union Catholic moves its record to 1-0 on the season. The Vikings host Cranford (Cranford, NJ) to confront the Cougars in a UCC - Watchung contest on Friday, April 4. The Cougars come into the contest with a record of 2-0. Cranford won 5-2 in their recent non-league contest against Dayton (Springfield, NJ)
