Cranford Cougars (Cranford, NJ) fans left the game pleased Thursday as they observed their baseball squad achieve victory over the visiting Summit Hilltoppers (Summit, NJ), 15-6 in a league match.

With the triumph, Cranford advances its record to 10-7 on the season. The Cougars travel to Union (Union, NJ) to battle the Farmers in a non-league match on Friday, May 1. The Farmers come into the match with a record of 7-10.

The Hilltoppers now have a 3-10 record. They put it on the line next when they host Dayton for a non-league match on Friday, May 1. Summit will battle a Bulldogs squad coming off a 4-0 non-league win over Linden (Linden, NJ). The Bulldogs record now stands at 5-8.
