The Capital Bruins triumphed over the visiting Hellgate Knights softball squad by a count of 19-4 in Thursday's league challenge.

Next, the Bruins meet the Sentinel Spartans (Missoula, MT) in a AA Western challenge, on Saturday, May 2. Capital will attempt to upgrade on its 5-7 season record. The Spartans enter the challenge with a 14-0 record after their 20-10 league win over Helena (Helena, MT).
