The Flathead Braves triumphed over the host Hellgate Knights softball squad by a count of 11-0 in Thursday's league challenge.

Next, the Braves play the Sentinel Spartans (Missoula, MT) in a AA Western challenge, on Saturday, May 16. Flathead will attempt to upgrade on its 7-12 season record. The Spartans enter the challenge with a 17-3 record after their 8-3 league loss to Glacier (Kalispell, MT).

The Knights (0-16) will now prepare for their challenge against Glacier (Kalispell, MT). The Wolfpack enter the AA Western challenge with a 16-3 record. In their last challenge, Glacier overcame Sentinel (Missoula, MT), 8-3, in a league challenge.
