The crowd at Friday's league bout between the Reedy Lions (Frisco, TX) and the visiting The Colony Cougars (The Colony, TX), observed Reedy's softball team notch a victory over The Colony by a final score of 13-3.

The Lions (13-9) will now prepare for their bout against Lone Star (Frisco, TX). The Rangers go into the 5A Region II District 12 bout with a 14-7 record. In their last bout, Lone Star gained a win over Creekview (Carrollton, TX), 9-1, in a league bout.
