The Portage Mustangs (Portage, PA) baseball trounced the host North Star Cougars (Boswell, PA), 11-1 in Tuesday's league test.

With the win, Portage upgrades its record to 1-0 on the season. The Mustangs host Windber (Windber, PA) to battle the Ramblers in a Western Pennsylvania test on Thursday, April 7. The Ramblers come into the test with a record of 1-0. Windber won 11-10 in their recent league test against Conemaugh Township (Davidsville, PA)

With the defeat, North Star falls to 0-1 on the season. The Cougars host Conemaugh Township (Davidsville, PA) to battle the Indians in a Western Pennsylvania test on Wednesday, April 6.
