Alabama High School Softball - Pike County nudges Luverne
April 7, 2022: Brundidge, AL 36010 Pike County Bulldogs (Brundidge, AL) backers exited the stadium thrilled Thursday as they saw their softball squad nip the visiting Luverne Tigers (Luverne, AL), 4-3 in a non-league challenge.
The Bulldogs now own a 8-6 record. They take the field next when they host Greenville for a non-league challenge on Monday, April 11.
With the loss, Luverne falls to 10-8 on the campaign. The Tigers travel to Straughn (Andalusia, AL) to battle the Tigers in a non-league challenge on Tuesday, April 12. The Tigers enter the challenge with a record of 0-7.
