Texas High School Softball - Spring bounces MacArthur

In Tuesday's league match, the host Spring Lions softball team scored a nice 15-2 win over the MacArthur Generals.

The Lions (14-9) will now prepare for their match against Dekaney (Houston, TX). The Wildcats come into the 6A Region II District 14 match with a 7-9 record. In their last match, Dekaney was routed by Eisenhower (Houston, TX), 16-10, in a league match.

In their next game, the Generals battle the Westfield Mustangs (Houston, TX) in a 6A Region II District 14 bout, on Friday, April 10. MacArthur will attempt to advance on its 18-12 season record. The Mustangs go into the bout with a 1-11 record after their 23-7 league loss to Aldine (Houston, TX).
