Maryland High School Softball - Westlake felled by Chopticon
April 8, 2022: Morganza, MD 20660 In Friday's league outing, the host Chopticon Braves softball team scored a nice 14-0 win over the Westlake Wolverines.
Coming up next, the Braves encounter the St. Charles (Waldorf, MD) in a Southern Maryland outing, on Saturday, April 9. Chopticon will attempt to improve on its 4-2 season record. The enter the outing with a 3-3 record after their 11-7 non-league win over Lackey (Indian Head, MD).
The Wolverines (0-6) will now prepare for their outing against North Point (Waldorf, MD). The Eagles enter the Southern Maryland outing with a 3-3 record. In their last outing, North Point prevailed over Patuxent (Lusby, MD), 9-2, in a non-league outing.
