Texas High School Softball - Hughes Springs bounces Harmony
April 8, 2025: Hughes Springs, TX 75656 In Tuesday's league match, the host Hughes Springs Mustangs softball team scored a nice 12-0 win over the Harmony Eagles.
The Mustangs (20-3) will now prepare for their match against Jefferson (Jefferson, TX). The Bulldogs come into the 3A Region II District 15 match with a 11-10 record. In their last match, Jefferson was routed by New Diana (Diana, TX), 5-0, in a league match.
Next up, the Eagles face the Daingerfield Tigers (Daingerfield, TX) in a 3A Region II District 15 contest, on Friday, April 11. Harmony will attempt to improve on its 8-10 season record. The Tigers enter the contest with a 4-12 record after their 14-4 league win over Chapel Hill (Mount Pleasant, TX).
