The Chariho Chargers lacrosse squad (Wood River Junction, RI), was overwhelmed 15-9 in Friday's league contest with the host Prout Crusaders (Wakefield, RI)

Coming up next, the Crusaders confront the Coventry Oakers (Coventry, RI) in a Division 2 contest, on Tuesday, May 17. Prout will attempt to improve on its 5-4 season record. The Oakers enter the contest with a 3-8 record after their 14-7 league loss to Mount St. Charles Academy (Woonsocket, RI).
