Rhode Island High School Lacrosse - Cumberland overwhelms Prout
May 19, 2022: Cumberland, RI 02864 The Cumberland Clippers triumphed over the visiting Prout Crusaders lacrosse team by a score of 13-8 in Thursday's league match.
With the win, Cumberland upgrades its record to 9-4 on the season. The Clippers travel to Chariho (Wood River Junction, RI) to play the Chargers in a Division 2 match on Saturday, May 21. The Chargers go into the match with a record of 8-6. Chariho won 14-9 in their recent league match against Westerly (Westerly, RI)
With the defeat, Prout drops to 6-5 on the season.
