Rhode Island High School Lacrosse - Prout drops to Mount St. Charles Academy
April 8, 2022: Woonsocket, RI 02895 In Friday's league test, the host Mount St. Charles Academy Mounties lacrosse squad scored a tight 12-7 victory over the Prout Crusaders.
The Mounties now have a 1-0 record. They take the field next when they travel to Westerly for a Division 2 test on Monday, April 11. Mount St. Charles Academy will face a Bulldogs squad coming off a 12-8 league win over Mt. Hope (Bristol, RI). The Bulldogs record now stands at 1-2.
In their next game, the Crusaders face the Westerly Bulldogs (Westerly, RI) in a Division 2 test, on Thursday, April 14. Prout will attempt to move on its 1-1 season record. The Bulldogs come into the test with a 1-3 record after their 17-6 league loss to Mount St. Charles Academy (Woonsocket, RI).
