North Stokes Vikings (Danbury, NC) fans exited the stadium thrilled Monday as they observed their baseball squad overcome the visiting Alleghany Trojans (Sparta, NC), 12-2 in a non-league test.

With the win, North Stokes upgrades its record to 12-12 on the season. The Vikings travel to South Stokes (Walnut Cove, NC) to battle the Sauras in a non-league test on Wednesday, May 4. The Sauras come into the test with a record of 12-6. South Stokes won 8-0 in their recent league test against Elkin (Elkin, NC)

With the defeat, Alleghany falls to 8-12 on the season.
