May 3, 2023: Kankakee, IL 60901 In Wednesday's league contest, the Kankakee Kays (Kankakee, IL) softball team overwhelmed the visiting Thornton Wildcats (Harvey, IL), by a margin of 19-3.
With the triumph, Kankakee advances its record to 16-4 on the season. The Kays travel to Crete-Monee (Crete, IL) to meet the Warriors in a Southland Athletic battle on Thursday, May 4.
