The Hastings Saxons baseball squad (Hastings, MI), was overwhelmed 13-0 in Thursday's non-league contest with the host Charlotte Orioles (Charlotte, MI)

With the triumph, Charlotte moves its record to 10-6 on the season. The Orioles travel to Olivet (Olivet, MI) to confront the Eagles in a Capital Area - White contest on Tuesday, May 13. The Eagles come into the contest with a record of 9-3.

The Saxons now possess a 1-15 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Catholic Central for a non-league contest on Saturday, May 10.
