Iowa High School Baseball - Ar-We-Va loses to Coon Rapids-Bayard
June 11, 2025: Westside, IA 51467 In Wednesday's league bout, the Coon Rapids-Bayard Crusaders (Coon Rapids, IA) baseball squad overwhelmed the host Ar-We-Va Rockets (Westside, IA), by a tally of 10-1.
Next up, the Crusaders encounter the CAM Cougars (Anita, IA) in a Rolling Valley bout, on Friday, June 13. Coon Rapids-Bayard will attempt to upgrade on its 11-1 season record. The Cougars enter the bout with a 8-0 record after their 6-1 league win over Exira-EHK (Elk Horn, IA).
The Rockets (1-4) will now prepare for their bout against Glidden-Ralston (Glidden, IA). The Wildcats enter the Rolling Valley bout with a 3-7 record. In their last bout, Glidden-Ralston was overwhelmed by Adair-Casey/Guthrie Center (Guthrie Center, IA), 8-3, in a non-league bout.
