Iowa High School Baseball - CAM defeats Ar-We-Va
July 5, 2025: Westside, IA 51467 The CAM Cougars (Anita, IA) baseball trounced the host Ar-We-Va Rockets (Westside, IA), 7-0 in Saturday's league challenge.
The Cougars now own a 17-3 record. They take the field next when they travel to Newell-Fonda for a non-league challenge on Tuesday, July 8. CAM will clash with a Mustangs team coming off a 6-5 non-league win over IKM/Manning (Manning, IA). The Mustangs record now stands at 10-13.
With the defeat, Ar-We-Va drops to 5-9 on the year. The Rockets travel to IKM/Manning (Manning, IA) to clash with the Wolves in a non-league challenge on Monday, July 7. The Wolves go into the challenge with a record of 7-15. IKM/Manning lost 6-5 in their recent non-league challenge against Newell-Fonda (Newell, IA)
