Iowa High School Softball - North Butler bounces Rockford
July 8, 2024: Greene, IA 50636 The North Butler Bearcats (Greene, IA) softball routed the visiting Rockford Warriors (Rockford, IA), 12-2 in Monday's league outing.
The Bearcats now sport a 6-18 record. They put it on the line next when they host Newman Catholic for a Top of Iowa-East outing on Wednesday, July 10. North Butler will encounter a Knights team coming off a 4-1 non-league loss to Gilbert (Gilbert, IA). The Knights record now stands at 25-5.
With the loss, Rockford moves to 6-18 on the season.
