June 19, 2024: Greene, IA 50636 The Osage Green Devils (Osage, IA) softball routed the host North Butler Bearcats (Greene, IA), 11-1 in Wednesday's non-league bout.
The Green Devils (18-7) will now prepare for their bout against Nashua-Plainfield (Nashua, IA). The Huskies go into the non-league bout with a 3-20 record. In their last bout, Nashua-Plainfield was routed by St. Ansgar (St. Ansgar, IA), 14-0, in a league bout.
The Bearcats now possess a 4-14 record. They play next when they host Riceville for a non-league bout on Thursday, June 20. North Butler will confront a Wildcats squad coming off a 7-2 non-league loss to North Tama (Traer, IA). The Wildcats record now stands at 8-15.
