In Saturday's non-league challenge, the visiting Jersey Village Falcons volleyball team scored a 2-0 triumph over the Cypress Creek Cougars.

The Falcons (4-5) will now prepare for their challenge against Klein (Klein, TX). The Bearkats come into the non-league challenge with a 4-3 record. In their last challenge, Klein was beaten by Willis (Willis, TX), 2-0, in a non-league challenge.

In their next game, the Cougars face the Fort Bend Travis Tigers (Richmond, TX) in a non-league test, on Saturday, August 16. Cypress Creek will attempt to advance on its 2-7 season record. The Tigers go into the test with a 2-4 record after their 2-1 non-league win over Mayde Creek (Houston, TX).
