The Sonoraville Phoenix (Calhoun, GA) volleyball overcame the host Murray County Indians (Chatsworth, GA), 2-0 in Saturday's non-league outing.

With the win, Sonoraville upgrades its record to 2-3 on the year. The Phoenix travel to Central (Carrollton, GA) to play the Lions in a non-league outing on Saturday, August 19.
