California High School Volleyball - Millikan over Taft
August 23, 2025: Long Beach, CA 90815 Fans at Saturday's non-league contest between the Millikan Rams (Long Beach, CA) and the visiting Taft Toreadors (Woodland Hills, CA), observed Millikan's volleyball team top Taft by a tally of 2-0.
The Rams (8-4) will now prepare for their contest against Northwood (Irvine, CA). The Timberwolves go into the non-league test with a 5-2 record. In their last test, Northwood was defeated by Crean Lutheran (Irvine, CA), 3-0, in a non-league challenge.
Next, the Toreadors meet the Loara Saxons (Anaheim, CA) in a non-league challenge, on Saturday, August 23. Taft will attempt to upgrade on its 2-2 season record. The Saxons enter the challenge with a 1-6 record after their 3-2 non-league loss to Katella (Anaheim, CA).
