With the triumph, Elbert County improves its record to 3-7 on the year. The Blue Devils host Commerce (Commerce, GA) to face the Tigers in a 1A D-I Region 8 contest on Tuesday, August 27. The Tigers enter the contest with a record of 3-8. Commerce lost 11-2 in their recent non-league contest against Ola (McDonough, GA)
