Mississippi High School Volleyball - Mize over Amite County
August 27, 2024: Mize, MS 39116 Fans at Tuesday's league contest between the Mize Bulldogs (Mize, MS) and the visiting Amite County Trojans (Liberty, MS), observed Mize's volleyball team top Amite County by a tally of 3-0.
The Bulldogs (3-4) will now prepare for their contest against Puckett (Puckett, MS). The Wolves enter the Class 2A Region 7 contest with a 1-4 record.
Next, the Trojans meet the Tylertown Chiefs (Tylertown, MS) in a non-league contest, on Thursday, August 29. Amite County will attempt to upgrade on its 1-5 season record. The Chiefs enter the contest with a 0-13 record after their 3-0 league loss to West Marion (Foxworth, MS).
