In Tuesday's league battle, the host Fort Bend Austin Bulldogs volleyball team scored a 3-0 triumph over the George Ranch Longhorns.

The Bulldogs (16-12) will now prepare for their battle against Fort Bend Elkins (Missouri City, TX). The Knights come into the 6A Region III District 20 battle with a 13-7 record. In their last battle, Fort Bend Elkins defeated Fort Bend Clements (Sugar Land, TX), 3-1, in a league battle.

Next, the Longhorns encounter the Fort Bend Travis Tigers (Richmond, TX) in a 6A Region III District 20 battle, on Friday, September 1. George Ranch will attempt to move on its 13-14 season record.
