August 29, 2024: Thomasville, GA 31792 The Thomas County Central Yellow Jackets triumphed over the visiting Veterans Warhawks softball squad by a count of 8-2 in Thursday's league challenge.
Next, the Yellow Jackets meet the Lowndes Vikings (Valdosta, GA) in a non-league challenge, on Thursday, September 5. Thomas County Central will attempt to upgrade on its 9-4 season record. The Vikings enter the challenge with a 6-5 record after their 12-1 league loss to Tift County (Tifton, GA).
The Warhawks (11-2) will now prepare for their challenge against Chapel Hill (Douglasville, GA). The Panthers enter the non-league challenge with a 6-7 record.
