The crowd at Monday's non-league bout between the Pleasant Hill Roosters/Chicks (Pleasant Hill, MO) and the host Sherwood Marksmen (Creighton, MO), observed Pleasant Hill's softball team notch a victory over Sherwood by a final score of 15-2.

The Roosters/Chicks (6-5) will now prepare for their bout against Warrensburg (Warrensburg, MO). The Tigers enter the Class 3 District 14 contest with a 1-9 record. In their last contest, Warrensburg topped Clinton (Clinton, MO), 9-7, in a league match.
