In Tuesday's league contest, the Round Rock Dragons (Round Rock, TX) volleyball squad nudged the host Vandegrift Vipers (Austin, TX), by a margin of 3-2.

Next up, the Dragons battle the Cedar Ridge Raiders (Round Rock, TX) in a 6A Region IV District 25 contest, on Friday, September 22. Round Rock will attempt to upgrade on its 26-9 season record. The Raiders go into the outing with a 15-21 record after their 3-0 league win over Manor (Manor, TX).
