Fans at Friday's league contest between the Rocky Hill Terriers (Rocky Hill, CT) and the host Platt Panthers (Meriden, CT), saw Rocky Hill's volleyball squad notch a victory over Platt by a score of 3-0.

With the win, Rocky Hill improves its record to 3-4 on the season. The Terriers host New Britain (New Britain, CT) to meet the Golden Hurricanes in a Central Connecticut - South challenge on Monday, September 22. The Golden Hurricanes enter the challenge with a record of 3-4. New Britain lost 3-1 in their recent non-league challenge against East Catholic (Manchester, CT)

Next, the Panthers meet the Maloney Spartans (Meriden, CT) in a non-league challenge, on Monday, September 22. Platt will attempt to upgrade on its 2-4 season record. The Spartans enter the challenge with a 5-3 record after their 3-0 non-league loss to Simsbury (Simsbury, CT).
