Pennsylvania High School Football - River Valley wallops Homer-Center

September 20, 2024: Homer City, PA 15748

The River Valley Panthers football squad scored 63 points and limited the host Homer-Center Wildcats to 6 in the Panthers league triumph on Friday.

The Panthers now sport a 4-1 record. They take the field next when they host Purchase Line for a Heritage test on Friday, September 27. River Valley will meet a Red Dragons squad coming off a 14-7 league loss to Penns Manor (Clymer, PA). The Red Dragons record now stands at 2-3.

With the defeat, Homer-Center drops to 0-5 on the campaign. The Wildcats travel to Conemaugh Valley (Johnstown, PA) to meet the Blue Jays in a Heritage test on Friday, September 27. The Blue Jays come into the test with a record of 0-5. Conemaugh Valley lost 50-6 in their recent league test against United Valley co-op [Blacklick Valley/United] (Nanty Glo, PA)
