September 20, 2024: Baltimore, MD 21229 Loyola Blakefield Dons (Towson, MD) boosters exited the stadium pleased Friday as they witnessed their soccer team knock off the host Mount St. Joseph Gaels (Baltimore, MD), 3-0 in a league test.
With the triumph, Loyola Blakefield moves its record to 8-0 on the campaign. The Dons travel to John Carroll (Bel Air, MD) to clash with the Patriots in a non-league test on Friday, September 27. The Patriots come into the test with a record of 2-3.
The Gaels now sport a 3-5 record. They take the field next when they travel to Archbishop Spalding for a MIAA A test on Tuesday, September 24. Mount St. Joseph will clash with a Cavaliers team coming off a 2-2 non-league Severn School (Severna Park, MD). The Cavaliers record now stands at 3-3.
