September 24, 2024: Locust Grove, GA 30248 The crowd at Tuesday's league bout between the Ola Mustangs (McDonough, GA) and the host Locust Grove Wildcats (Locust Grove, GA), observed Ola's softball team prevail over Locust Grove by a tally of 14-2.
The Mustangs (18-4) will now prepare for their bout against Eagle's Landing (McDonough, GA). The Eagles go into the 4A Region 2 bout with a 2-13 record. In their last bout, Eagle's Landing McDonough (McDonough, GA), 6-6, in a league bout.
In their next game, the Wildcats clash with the Hampton Hornets (Hampton, GA) in a 4A Region 2 bout, on Thursday, September 26. Locust Grove will attempt to advance on its 10-9 season record. The Hornets go into the bout with a 10-11 record after their 6-2 league win over Stockbridge (Stockbridge, GA).
