California High School Volleyball - West Valley over Central Valley

September 25, 2025: Cottonwood, CA 96022

In Thursday's league challenge, the host West Valley Eagles volleyball team scored a 3-0 victory over the Central Valley Falcons.

The Eagles (14-4) will now prepare for their challenge against Yreka (Yreka, CA). The Miners enter the Northern challenge with a 11-9 record. In their last challenge, Yreka was beaten by University Prep (Redding, CA), 3-0, in a league test.

The Falcons now own a 0-21 record. They put it on the line next when they host Anderson for a Northern test on Tuesday, September 30. Central Valley will face a Cubs squad coming off a 3-0 league loss to Lassen (Susanville, CA). The Cubs record now stands at 9-16.
