California High School Volleyball - University Prep over Central Valley

In Thursday's league challenge, the host University Prep Panthers volleyball team scored a 3-0 triumph over the Central Valley Falcons.

The Panthers (18-7) will now prepare for their challenge against Grants Pass (Grants Pass, OR). The Cavemen come into the non-league challenge with a 4-10 record. In their last challenge, Grants Pass beat Roseburg (Roseburg, OR), 3-2, in a league challenge.

Next, the Falcons meet the Yreka Miners (Yreka, CA) in a Northern challenge, on Tuesday, October 7. Central Valley will attempt to upgrade on its 0-24 season record. The Miners come into the challenge with a 13-11 record after their 2-0 non-league loss to University Prep (Redding, CA).
