In Tuesday's non-league match, the University Prep Panthers (Redding, CA) volleyball squad prevailed the host Gridley Bulldogs (Gridley, CA), by a count of 3-1.

Next up, the Panthers confront the Foothill Cougars (Palo Cedro, CA) in a non-league match, on Thursday, September 11. University Prep will attempt to move on its 13-5 season record. The Cougars enter the match with a 5-5 record after their 3-1 non-league win over West Valley (Cottonwood, CA).

With the loss, Gridley drops to 11-5 on the campaign. The Bulldogs host Pierce (Arbuckle, CA) to clash with the Bears in a non-league bout on Monday, September 15. The Bears come into the bout with a record of 13-6.
